Amazon usually delivers to the LA storefront in 1-3 days. Once it arrives, we scan it right away. International forwarding: 3 days (DHL Express) to 10 days (USPS Priority).
+Do you open packages to inspect them?
Only if you ask (the 'open and scan the contents' option in your dashboard). Otherwise the package stays sealed — we only scan the outside.
+What about Tunisian customs?
Personal packages under 100 TND declared value often clear without taxes. Above that, the Tunisian Post applies customs duties. You declare the value; we never under-declare (it's illegal on both the US and the TN side).
+Can I have several addresses?
One box per account by default. For multi-entity needs (LLC + personal, for example), we can set up sub-accounts.
+How long until my box is active?
48 hours after we receive your notarized Form 1583 and your first payment. The Form 1583 takes 1-3 days depending on the notary you pick in Tunisia.
